Professional Background

Dr. Kumar completed his Super Specialization in Urology at the renowned St. John's Medical College, Bangalore, India. He brings more than twenty years of medical experience, including over fifteen years of dedicated experience in urology.

Prior to relocating to the UAE, Dr. Kumar served for nearly seven years as a Consultant Urologist at Max Healthcare Group, Delhi. During this period, he performed a wide range of advanced urological procedures with particular expertise in minimally invasive laser and laparoscopic surgeries.

His areas of specialization also include kidney transplantation and robotic-assisted surgery, reflecting his commitment to advanced, patient-centred urological care. In 2021, Dr. Kumar moved to the UAE and joined Aster DM Healthcare as a Specialist Urologist. He played an important role in the development and expansion of urology services at Aster Cedars Hospital, helping strengthen access to high-quality urological care.

Since 2025, Dr. Kumar has been associated with Al-Futtaim Health and is available for consultation at:
